Capacity record
Reserve a defined share of the week.
The commitment states your access, active work, and boundary before the week begins.
Review the commitments
Four relationships, four different boundaries.
The published rate and wording are the commitment. Advice does not imply implementation, and an active build does not imply unlimited parallel work.
Advisor
Commitment
$50 / week
Three 30-minute Google Meet or supervised AnyDesk sessions each week for advice, review, and issue diagnosis.
No implementation.
Active Scope
Commitment
From $100 / week
Advisor access plus one active development scope at a time, completed immediately where practical or against a declared deadline.
Scope and rate agreed before work begins.
Operating Partner
Commitment
$250 / week
Active Scope relationship plus build and maintenance of up to three scoped AI agents.
Agent scopes agreed first.
Solo
Commitment
Direct discussion
A direct discussion for larger reserved capacity, dedicated infrastructure, private AI or data services, broader product ownership, or custom server work.
Weekly rate and communication channel agreed directly.
One active scope means one outcome at a time.
The boundary protects the work from becoming an invisible queue. A new outcome begins after the active one closes or its priority is deliberately changed.
- 01
Define
Name the outcome, included work, rate, and deadline before implementation starts.
- 02
Work
Keep one development outcome active and show progress against the written boundary.
- 03
Close
Verify the result, record the handover, then agree what becomes active next.
Reserved capacity still has limits.
- Implementation
- Included only where the selected commitment says it is included.
- Concurrency
- Active Scope and Operating Partner carry one active development scope at a time.
- AI agents
- Operating Partner covers up to three scoped AI agents. Each agent is defined before work begins.
- External costs
- Vendor, model, hosting, and infrastructure costs stay separate unless we agree otherwise.
Availability is a dated operating record.
The meter shows aggregate standard capacity. It is updated from one maintained source and does not reveal client names or individual allocations.

Updated 12 August 2026
3 of 10 standard capacity points are open. Larger scopes can still be discussed.
Choose the smallest commitment that covers the real need.
Describe the access, active outcome, and operating responsibility you need. I will answer against the published boundary or propose a separate scope.
