Terms of Service

1. Who we are
redxtrm is a one-person consultancy operated by Rasel Miah. The website at redxtrm.com is a portfolio + service surface for AI systems and web application development.
2. Use of the site
- You may browse, link to, and quote our public content for non-commercial purposes with attribution.
- You may not scrape, mirror, or republish the case studies, blog posts, or order copilot in bulk.
- You may not attempt to attack, overload, or reverse-engineer the order copilot or any API endpoint. Abuse-protection measures (Vercel BotID, rate limiting) apply.
- You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any data you submit through forms or the order wizard.
3. Engagements
Anything you submit via the contact form or /order wizard is treated as a project inquiry, not a contract. A binding engagement requires a separate, signed statement of work (SOW) covering scope, deliverables, timeline, payment terms, IP assignment, and confidentiality. Quotes, indicative pricing, and AI-generated suggestions from the order copilot are non-binding estimates only.
4. AI features
The order copilot and any other AI-assisted feature is a convenience tool. Outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. We do not warrant correctness of AI-generated estimates, recommendations, or copy. You retain ownership of what you input; we don't fine-tune third-party models on your inputs.
5. Intellectual property
All site content, branding, and case-study material is owned by redxtrm or used with permission of the original client. Logos and screenshots of client work appear with consent.
6. Disclaimer & liability
The site is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, redxtrm is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the public site. Total liability for any direct claim relating to the public site is capped at USD 100. Engagement-specific liability is governed by the relevant SOW.
7. Privacy
How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Either party may seek injunctive relief in any competent jurisdiction. EU/UK consumer-protection rights are not affected.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes take effect on the "Last updated" date shown above. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
