My journey started in apparel manufacturing — working directly with factories, understanding supply chains, and solving the daily challenges of getting physical products to market. The digital tools available weren't built by people who understood the business, so I taught myself to ship the software too.
Today I run two service surfaces. AI systems engineering — multi-agent operations, bilingual RAG, voice and multi-channel agents — and modern web app development: e-commerce, custom dashboards, and Postgres-first backends. Recent builds include jobXlaw across web, Telegram, and WhatsApp; the RedClaw + GoClaw nine-agent gateway; and the builder this site runs on.
The lever is the dual perspective. When I design a product configurator, I know what the customer will ask. When I scope a multi-agent rollout, I know which operations a real team actually wants offloaded. Code and supply chain inform each other.
What drives me: Building systems that route real client traffic, not demos. Great products come from understanding both the technology and the business deeply — and being patient enough to wire both ends end-to-end.
Background
Two cores, twelve sub-services: AI systems engineering and modern web app development. The AI side covers multi-agent operations, bilingual RAG, voice and multi-channel agents, and custom workflows. The web side spans e-commerce, custom dashboards, APIs, database architecture, and platform performance.
Recent builds include jobXlaw — a bilingual Bangladesh labour-law RAG and CV studio shipped across web, Telegram, and WhatsApp from one brain — and the RedClaw + GoClaw multi-agent gateway, routing nine specialist agents across Discord, WhatsApp, and an ops dashboard.
The stack stays opinionated: Next.js 16 App Router, Supabase Postgres with RLS, Convex for live data, Tailwind 4 with ShadCN patterns, FastAPI + Celery + Redis on the Python side, and Go for the gateway plane.
Approach
I ship systems that route real client traffic, not demos. RedClaw is moving WhatsApp threads into production agents. jobXlaw is gating real submissions with DSAR + 90-day retention. The redxtrm /orderbuilder freezes prices to live SKUs before an invoice goes out.
Every system starts with the business problem and ends with an end-to-end working surface — auth, data, routing, billing, email, observability. No half-finished implementations. Whether it's a multi-agent rollout or a marketing site, the rule is: wire both ends.
The other lever is supply chain. I still run apparel manufacturing through Custom Cap BD, US Custom Caps, and OPM International — which means every web app I build knows the physical reality it sits on: orders, production windows, supplier capacity, shipping constraints. The dual perspective is the work.
