One name on the door.

Rasel Miah — a hands-on systems builder, not a generic freelancer. I map the workflow, design the data model, build the app, and use AI only where it improves throughput, visibility, or decision quality. The job is turning scattered sales, sourcing, support, files, approvals, and knowledge into a platform your team can actually operate.

How I work

The value is judgment across the whole operating system.

My background is not only code. It includes custom product commerce, sourcing, apparel operations, order handling, dashboards, and client delivery. That gives me a practical lens for software: the system has to survive real users, real edge cases, and real handoffs.

I build for businesses that need fewer disconnected tools and more owned infrastructure. The work can look like a dashboard, configurator, knowledge product, agent workflow, messaging bot, or internal portal, but the deeper job is making the operation easier to run.

  1. 01

    Operations first

My starting point is the actual workflow: products, orders, people, approvals, files, suppliers, and client expectations.

  2. 02

    AI with controls

I use agents, RAG, and automation where they can reduce manual work, but keep logs, routing, and human approval visible.

  3. 03

    End-to-end ownership

I can connect product UI, backend, database, storage, messaging, deployment, and documentation instead of handing off fragments.

  4. 04

    Client language

The work is presented in terms of risk, throughput, visibility, and control, not just frameworks or implementation details.

Evidence

A few systems that show the range.

These examples show the pattern: business process, product interface, data model, and AI-enabled operations carried as one system.

What I personally own

Clear responsibility is part of the offer.

This is the practical reason clients hire me: fewer translation layers between operations, product decisions, backend architecture, and AI workflow design.

  1. Workflow discovery

I ownMap roles, handoffs, approvals, data sources, current tools, and failure points.

Client benefitThe project starts with the business reality instead of a template.

  2. System architecture

I ownDefine app boundaries, database contracts, auth, storage, APIs, and integration points.

Client benefitA system that can grow without trapping every process in a plugin stack.

  3. Product interface

I ownDesign and build portals, dashboards, configurators, admin panels, and client surfaces.

Client benefitScreens that operators can use repeatedly, not just a polished first impression.

  4. AI operations

I ownAttach agents, RAG, messaging channels, tools, logs, and approvals to the real workflow.

Client benefitAutomation with traceability and escalation, not a black box bot.

  5. Launch and handover

I ownDeploy, document, test recovery paths, set monitoring expectations, and clarify ownership.

Client benefitA working asset with enough control to maintain and improve.

Client fit

I take on a specific kind of work.

Strong fit

  • You need a real workflow mapped into software, not a theme installation.
  • You sell or operate something with orders, files, approvals, support, or fulfilment.
  • You want AI connected to business data, tools, and escalation paths.
  • You care about owning the operating layer and keeping vendor choices flexible.

Not the best use of me

  • You only need a quick decorative landing page with no operational backend.
  • You want AI added as a visual feature without data, tools, or approval logic.
  • You need a large agency team with many account layers between strategy and code.
  • You are not ready to share the real workflow, constraints, and edge cases.

Credibility path

Thirteen years built the operating lens, not a slogan.

  1. 01
    Foundation

    Custom product and apparel operations

Learned how sourcing, artwork, product options, quoting, fulfilment, and client delivery behave outside a clean software demo.

  2. 02
    Build layer

    Commerce platforms, dashboards, and portals

Moved operational knowledge into web apps: storefronts, configurators, admin surfaces, member flows, and supplier views.

  3. 03
    System layer

    Postgres-first apps and workflow backends

Focused on owned schemas, auth, storage, role boundaries, APIs, and dashboards that keep business records usable.

  4. 04
    Current

AI agents attached to real operations

Builds RAG, multi-channel agents, routing, memory, and automation around the workflows a client already depends on.

Continuity

And if I get hit by a bus.

If I’m unavailable, partners have access, recovery steps, and a clean exit.

Next conversation

Start with the operation you need to make easier to run.

Send the current workflow, the stack involved, the team roles, and the point where work slows down. That is enough to shape a useful first direction.
