NR Caps BD
Factory capability made visible before the first production brief.
NR Caps BD is no longer positioned as a heavy marketplace. The current build is a focused manufacturer site for sampling, materials, decoration, quality control, export-ready production, and qualified bulk inquiries.

- Ecosystem role
- Supplier · production channel
- Factory base
- Tongi · Gazipur · Bangladesh
- Current runtime
- Cloudflare + Coolify
- Operating link
- Tenant-tagged shared intake
The site explains the factory before it asks for the order.
The spoke is built around production confidence: what the factory makes, how samples are approved, which decoration paths are available, and how a bulk inquiry is prepared.
What this spoke owns
- Factory profile, capability, and export context
- Sanity-driven marketing product catalogue
- Production photography and public gallery
- Factory contact and bulk quote intake
What stays with the engine
- Priced commerce and transactional product pages
- Artwork designer and design-session workflow
- Scoped account and dashboard surfaces
- Order, invoice, production, and tracking operations
The current surface, not the old pitch.
These images come from the active project repository and the live public route. They are the visual source of truth for this record.
The supplier channel is connected, but the proxy rollout is not finished.
NR Caps BD already writes contact and quote submissions into the shared Convex deployment with NRCAPS source identity. The larger same-domain routing plan is a separate rollout with security and isolation gates.
- 01
Review
A buyer checks factory capability, products, samples, and production context.
- 02
Brief
The inquiry captures style, quantity, decoration, timing, and shipping market.
- 03
Stamp
Server actions attach the NRCAPS tenant and trusted source domain.
- 04
Route
The shared backend receives the production lead for follow-through.
Current state
Live now: the lean factory site runs on Coolify and writes source-tagged inquiries to shared Convex functions.
Boundary / next state
Next rollout: NRCAPS is the pilot for trusted Traefik routing into hub commerce, artwork, and account surfaces. The implementation plan exists; the unchecked proxy tasks are not represented here as complete.
A supplier site shaped around proof, not platform theatre.
The current repository removes the old chat, social, and marketplace framing. It keeps the factory story fast, indexable, and directly connected to the shared intake layer.

Build together
Need a factory site that qualifies the right work?
I turn production capability into a clear public record, then connect the inquiry to the systems that can actually move it through sampling and delivery.
